DEVELOPING A 21ST CENTURY TEAM - PROJECT MANAGEMENT LEADERSHIP SERIES

Increasing global competition, ever heightening client expectations and the magnitude of projects require well honed project management leadership skills.  This is one in a series of five classes that focuses on the human side of managing a project.  Classes may be taken in any order; a certificate of Project Management Leadership completion is given once all five classes have been taken.

• Project learnings – sharing best practices, lessons learned, feedback to team members
